    Description

I found these at an estate sale.  They are two paper mache pieces of Mexican Folk Art.  The bottom of the pieces says made in Mexico.  There are two men - one riding a large horse and the other a burrow.  The smaller figurine is a man riding the burrow and eating what appears to be a burrito in one h and with the reins in the other hand.  He has a bag across his shoulder and the burrow has his head in a downward position. Size is about 5" tall, 3" wide, and 6" long.
The second figurine is a taller Mexican man riding a large horse.  The man appears to be a warrior since he holds a spear and a shield.  He has on what appears to be armor and the typical Mexican hat.  He has a pronounced pointed gotee.  This figurine is about 10.5" tall, 7.5" long, and 3" wide.
They both are made on a steady square stand so they sit upright securely.
Both pieces are very detailed and well done.  They are in superb condition and quite the collectors' item.
