Sacred Heart Tin Milagro Mexican Folk Art Large Wall Hanging Ornament 8.5"H
From the small colonial town of San Miguel de
Allende in
Mexico, this three-dimensional
sacred heart
tin milagro wall hanging is 3 layers of art.  The artist cut each piece of tin by hand, punched the design details, welded it together and his family helped with the hand painting.
First layer
:  Green with neon green accent background, scalloped edged heart with orange, yellow and metallic gold 3D sacred heart flame.  Bright blue scrolls on 3D edges with metallic gold trim.
Second layer
:  Raised above the bottom layer with 3 metal brackets.  Smaller heart shape with metallic gold edges.
Third layer
:  Rounded, 3D bright red heart with black antiquing around the edges.
As with all Mexican hand painted and punched tin, any slight
imperfection adds
to the beauty of each handmade Mexican Folk Art piece.
A hook is attached to the back for hanging.
