    Quetzal Bird
    native to Mexico and Central America...
    The overall size of this print & frame is 10 inches tall by 6 1/2 inches wide and 1/8 inch deep.
    The famous feathered
    headdress
    of Moctezuma II is made up of almost 500 quetzal tail feathers (see photo #4)...
    They have been hunted for hundreds of years for their beautiful feathers....
    This lovely print is done in
    a Dark Green Color
    ink
    and was made by a very talented artist by the
    name of Genaro Abelar.
