This is a
Red
& Turquoise Necklace and Earring Set.... They are all handmade / hand carved by Rafael Avenlop of Pinotepa de Don Luis
on the Coast of Oaxaca.
They are made out of dried and painted
gourds
and then
hand carved
.   This type of craft is typical of this area in Oaxaca.
The necklace measures: 28 inches long with a 4 inch drop in the center
pendant.
The earrings measure
:  4 1/2 inches long (from top of the hook) & 2 inches wide.
The earrings have
shepherd hooks for pierced ears and the necklace has a lobster claw clasp
.
