There is no sense of connection
(no polarity), you can plug in any direction.
These are the same lug widths as the original lugs
Somfy or Simu. To connect a terminal, it fits together in force; you hold tight and you force, and it fits into the female motor terminal

Normally on motors which have a 22 µF capacitor, there is room in the motor tube inside. The new capacitor will fit well but you need to check anyway as there are exceptions. For example on the Simu DMI 540.12HU motor, my capacitor will not be able to fit in, the length of 95 mm is too large for this motor. So before buying, check the space you have inside your motor tube.

When disassembling your motor, you certainly saw a holding foam stuck around your old capacitor. As a replacement, you can glue mine around the body of the new capacitor (1 strip glued at the top and the other at the bottom, or in the middle), this allows to stabilize the capacitor and to wedge it in the motor tube. You can also trap the incoming electrical wires from the lugs under the adhesive foam, to prevent the wires from moving.
Why choose a quality capacitor?
The
capacitor plays an important role in a Somfy or Simu tubular motor.
The capacitor produces a phase shift on one of the two motor coils, which generates
a rotating magnetic field and rotates the motor axis. If you choose a low-end capacitor (bad tolerance, unstable value over time ...), the phase shift will not be good, the motor will heat up and it will fail again in the medium term.
