    This is a Medium size Dias de los Muertos Wood Nicho / Retablo with a a Figure of a Lady Skeleton wearing an Evening Gown.  The boarder has all been
    hand painted
    with Skulls, a Red Heart and some flowers.

    by a talented artist named

    from Mexico City....
    It measures 9 inches tall by 6 inches wide and 1 1/4 of an inch deep.
    This is a contemporary example of a long tradition of tin retablos, where the artist has replaced a religious figure with a Day of the Dead figure.... This is a really Fun piece of Mexican Folk Art!!!
    There is a loop for hanging on the back.
