Catrina Bride Groom Figurine Mexican Folk Art Dancing Couple Hand Painted Clay
Handmade in Mexico, this Mexican folk art hand painted dancing Catrina and Catrin is one of a kind.
Made of Mexican clay, this bride and groom
are sculpted by hand and all hand painted in a luxurious black matte finish.  The groom with his large mustache is wearing the typical
wedding attire with a large top hat and metallic silver buttoned black tuxedo.  His bow tie is painted metallic silver and the center is accented with metallic silver glitter.  The bride, so pretty with her up-do hair, is wearing a white strapless mermaid style wedding gown.  The top of her gown and the bottom of her dress are painted with sparkly silver glitter.  She also has pretty metallic silver earrings!
We love how the artist added a single pop of color with a fresh bouquet of potted red roses that are sitting on a black tree log.  All three sculptures are attached to a rectangular clay base.
As they embrace for their first dance as a married couple, a sense of familial pride and deep love is seen in their faces.  Beautiful!
