Antique Large Moser? Amberina Thumbprint Enameled Glass Vase C1890s

Description

This beautiful vase I believe dates to the late 19th century and has been hand painted with enamel. The theme with dragonflies is very reminiscent of the art nouveau period. I think it is Moser but could be American. The amberina with thumbprint glass is very clear which leads me to believe it is European.
I did not find any chips or wear of the enamel. There is a single gilt stripe at the base of the vase that has some wear. This is not notable when on display. For its age, I would rate this in exceptional condition.
As I am not an expert on glass, I would welcome any insights you may have so O can update the description.
Measures approx 8” tall.
